I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, right across from the beach and near all the main attractions. The rooms were decent, but they really need some maintenance and cleaning. The customer service was hit or miss; while they were quick to move me to another room when I had issues, the staff seemed to struggle with managing guests effectively. Overall, it’s a good spot for its location, but it could use some improvements in service and room upkeep.
